All store items are shipped out of Chino, California, USA warehouse.

We Offer Free Shipping on All Our Store Items to 48 Contiguous States Within USA on Order Over $99.

* $12 flat shipping rate to 48 contiguous states for orders under $99 .

* $39 flat shipping rate for all orders ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, oversea military and air force bases. 

All store items are warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Track & Trace courier - UPS or USPS (non-contiguous states and address can not be delivered by UPS). This usually takes between 1 to 11 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.

Following ground time-in-transit map provided by UPS is for reference purpose only, the actual delivery time is determined by UPS.

We normally ship our products within one business day unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
